We all love training with friends and our gym mates, and at MÜV Fitness MÜV X is our offering of group exercise classes.

We have a variety of classes, from Zumba and our own MÜV Pilates to circuit-style Body Vive, Body Step, Body Jam, and other whole body workouts.

Aquafit

Water aquafit exercises are conducted in a swimming pool led by a certified instructor. The instructor guides the class through various aerobic movements done to rhythmic music in the water. Sometimes aerobic movements are performed with the use of resistive and buoyancy equipment.

Body Attack is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. A new equipment-based class uniting Pilates and group exercise. This workout combines strength, balance, endurance and core stability while working on the Pilates MVe (Maximum Versatility exercise) chair. These workouts are fun, energetic and produce great results.

RPM

The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through the hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within -sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Concentrates on physical health and mental well-being through postures, breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Yoga postures work to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands and tissue. Yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.
