If you’ve made attempts at losing weight in the past but found it difficult to stick to a diet or exercise plan, MÜV Fitness will work with you to determine what lifestyle changes you need to make in order for your weight loss plan to be successful. MÜV WEIGHT LOSS starts with individual goal assessment based on your abilities and body transformation goals. In most locations, our MÜV Custom Success Plan, powered by DotFit, serves to provide our members with customized nutritional, exercise and supplement programming. Beginning with our InBody Biometric Analysis System*, we assist our members in defining specific body transformation goals regarding both fat loss and muscle gains.

The In Body Biometric Analysis features a body composition analysis that breaks down your weight into water, fat and muscle percentages, helping us to help you set goals that are attainable and not overreaching. This biometric analysis is key to creating a weight loss plan tailored to you.

Keeping yourself accountable during your weight-loss journey can be challenging, which is where we come in. Results tracking takes place through our 30 Day Reprogram* and Dotfit data can be accessed anytime, anywhere on your smartphone or computer. Keeping track of your weight loss has never been more convenient.

All the while, our MÜV Training programs provide the best in exercise programming and leadership to guarantee the results our members want. We will work with you to find the right combination of cardio and strength training exercises to get you losing weight in no time. Whether it’s weight loss or muscle gain, our MÜV It & Lose It Challenges offers great prizes in a fun, team oriented environment. During recent challenges, adding 4 pounds of muscle and weight loss of 18 to 41 pounds was typical, all in just 12 weeks. Our winner lost over 90 pounds in just 90 days!
